By participating in SIJE, you acknowledge and accept that all transactions, purchases, and business dealings conducted during the Singapore International Jewelry Expo (SIJE) are strictly between the buyer and the respective exhibitor. IEG Asia shall not be held responsible or liable for the quality, authenticity, delivery, or condition of any goods or services purchased during the event.
By participating in SIJE, all buyers acknowledge and accept that IEG Asia acts solely as the event organiser and does not endorse, guarantee and/or assume any liability for any product, service, or representation made by exhibitors.
In the event of any dispute arising from a transaction or interaction, the buyer agrees to liaise directly with the exhibitor involved and not to hold IEG Asia responsible in any capacity. Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless IEG Asia, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from or related to such transactions.
